RYU'S HADOKEN
To get Ryu's Hadoken, first you must beat every boss, get every E-Tank, and get every Heart piece. Next, you have to head over to the Armored Armadillo's stage. While keeping your life and ability meters full, cross the entire stage. Stop at the area RIGHT BEFORE the canyon gap, around where you see the last batch of Miners. Stand on the SECOND platform, and then use the Exit Velocity. Do this 4 times, and again, on a 5th try, go all the way to the end of the stage. Jump off the mine cart right before you reach the door to the boss and begin climbing up the ledge. You should discover a capsule with Dr. Light in it. To execute the Hadoken, do it the same way you would do it in SFII (Press Down, Right, and Y). This maneuver kills any opponent in ONE hit.
